Refund Policy — Subscription Plans

At Pinuxi, we aim to make subscription billing predictable and fair. This policy describes when refunds are available for subscription fees, how to request one, and any exceptions.

1. Overview

This policy applies to all recurring subscription plans including monthly and annual subscriptions, add-on services, and professional services billed on a recurring basis.

2. Free Trials & Promotional Periods

  • If your subscription included a free trial or promotional period, you will not be charged during that time.
  • If a trial was billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for review and possible refund.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
  • Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed. Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion and are evaluated case-by-case.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded upon verification.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@pinuxi.com with your account details, invoice number (if any), date charged, and reason for the refund. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the bank.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may delay resolution. If a chargeback is submitted, we will investigate and may provide evidence to the card issuer showing that the product or service was provided. If the chargeback is reversed in your favor by the payment processor, we will comply with that outcome.

6. Exceptions

  • One-time setup fees, prepaid third-party fees, and customised professional services may be non-refundable if work has commenced.
  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction caused by not using the product as documented, unless there is a demonstrable service failure on our part.

7. Updates to Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page. If changes are material we will notify account holders by email.
